Sunflowerfarm: "Ecological center with bed and breakfast" Stryszow Hotel Tip by tijs

The Ecological Technology Centre "Sunflower Farm" is an information and research centre, about organic farming. But they also have some demonstration projects about sustainable building, like a demonstration house of clay and straw, with photovoltaic modules. The traditional house (100 years old) is well-maintained and artistically decorated. In the garden there is a geodesic dome-shaped greenhouse. The main house is on a hill with a great view of the countryside.

Unique Qualities: This farm is not only a bed and breakfast, but it is also the headquarter of ECEAT-Poland and also there are ecological lessons provided. You can visit the centre on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 11.00 and 16.00.
