The Pita Pit: "Drunken/Student Food" Ottawa Restaurant Tip by duanestorey

Ottawa Restaurants: 244 reviews and 367 photos

If I had a dollar for everytime I left a bar at 2am and was starving to death, I'd be rich.. So, lucky for me, in Ottawa, the Pita Pits run all night. There are several in Ottawa, but the ones I went to the most were in the Byward Market, on Elgin Street, and on Bank Street.

Favorite Dish: I liked the Chicken Pitas, as well as the Fallafel.

Price Comparison: least expensive
Directions: Bank Street (near Barrymore's Dance Hall), Elgin Street (near the Inferno night club) and the Byward Market (near Minglewoods)
Price: less than US$10

Review Helpfulness: 3.5 out of 5 stars
