Short for Ottawa-Carleton Regional Transit, OC Transpo is a relatively reliable way to get around Ottawa. There are useful buslinks that connet MacDonald-Cartier International Airport to the city center around Parliament Hill and the Rideau Center, as well for other parts of the city.

A light-rail system, the O-Train, serves from Greenboro in southern Ottawa, to Bayview station near Parliament Hill.
