This is a picture of a coca de sardina, I do not believe this is a local speciality, but I thought it was photogenic.

As for the Morellan specialities, you should not leave without trying the cecina (dried meat), the Morellan soup, the truffled hen or rabbit and, for dessert, the flaons.
