What's a vegetarian to do in meat and potatoes Duluth?

Well, never fear! Head to the Whole Foods Co-op. While not a sit-down restaurant, they have a great organic produce selection, a terrific bulk foods section, and a dandy deli with all sorts of take out fare.

Grab a box lunch and head across the street to lovely Chester Park and sit by the falls.

Favorite Dish: Florentine ("Flo") burger with chips and a pickle is dandy. Pick up some Evening in Morroco dip for the chips, it's yummy. Get a bottle of Reed's Gingerale from the cooler and you've got lunch.
