a quiet moment with Seated Bullfighter on C. Dato

Roads in Vitoria may be asphalt, brick, cobblestone, concrete, etc. It's hard to tell which is road and which is sidewalk and cars seem to drive everywhere! You may be ambling along on what you think is a sidewalk and have a car zoom up your butt! Add to this the fact that Vitorians drive at the speed of sound and you are in for a few scary moments!
Even areas that are deemed "pedestrian" have vans and cars with passes that make the boundary poles slide into the ground, and then there is a car, van, or truck zooming up the middle of Calle Dato!
