  Hudson's Coffee House
by Galahad

This is a rather gentil and up-market English Coffee House and sandwich eating house. You may well be served by older men in full tails. Price in Nov 2000 GBP9.30 for the 2 of us. In a manner reminiscent of several Italian, Austrian and Polish Coffee and Cake Shops we have seen, within Hudsons Coffee House is a small food shop selling upmarket artisan cheeses, some biscuits and chocolates.
Hudson's moved on 8th July 2003 to new premises in Colmore Row.
In March 2005 Hudsons began serving evening meals on Thurs, Fri and Saturdays. It is perhaps best to book.

Favorite Dish: Well filled sandwiches; Carol tried Crab, watercress and lemon whilst I tried Avocado, cashew nut and mint. All served with Orange Pekoe Tea. Whatever you have will be superb
