"We flew from Birmingham..." Airport - Connections and Airlines Tip by Galahad

We flew from Birmingham International in the UK to Munich. We caught the suburban train (Munchen Flughafen Terminal), actually under the main airport buildings, to Munchen Ost and then changed to the Veronna Express. This was much quicker than going into the town centre. We had about 15 minutes here - just time to get a hot take away snack and take it back up to the platform whilst we waited for the train. Our journey then took us on through Germany and on into Austria direct to Innsbruck. (International cross-country trains are quite good fun).
