<b>Papas arrugadas con mojo</b> - Potatos with peel boiled in salty water and put over a low flame until the salt on the peel has crystallised. Eaten WITH the peel and <b>mojo verde</b> (green garlic sauce). Served to almost everything.

<b>Tapas</b> - Appetizers in all possible variations.

<b>Fish (Merluza, Pez espada etc.)</b> - Fresh and absolutely delicious! Most often served grilled with <b>mojo rojo</b> (red garlic/chili sauce) or olive oil and garlic.
