Hurling is a field game played with a small leather stitched ball. The players carry's a long stick called a silotar. The ball may only be collected from the ground with the silotar and then may be carried or struck with the silotar. Protection gear is needed for the head.

15 a side which is the same for camogie, similar game but for women. Also called Chicks with Sticks...

Equipment: Take a hat or umbrella to fight against either the cold or the sun.
