"Unter den Linden" Unter den Linden Tip by Audrey118
Unter den Linden, Berlin: 20 reviews and 25 photos
Favorite thing: This is probably Berlin's grandest and oldest boulevard. It stretches east-west for just over a mile between Schlossplatz and the Brandenburg Gate. It was originally layed out as a Linden Tree Avenue in 1647.
You can seen many monuments from different periods and styles.
In the middle of Unter Den Linden is a statue of Frederick the Great, " the last great absolute monarch in Western Europe".
