Wat Arun, also known as temple of the Dawn, is one on Bangkoks major landmarks. It towers over the Chao Phraya River. The detailad decoration in the wat itself and on the spectacular chedi is amazing. The wat is accessable directly by ferry or by road, there are two entrences by the road. Fee to go up to the chedi is 20 Baht p/p.

Address: On the Chao Phraya River, you can't miss it!
