  Yanert Fork
by kaloz

Favorite thing: The Yanert Fork is the largest tributory of the Nenana River, and is named for the surveyor of this area. He and his brother retired here and built a cabin which they called Purgatory. Outside the cabin he built a giant wooden devil.

Fondest memory: Guess what . . . they were batchelors! I don't think the wife would have gone for a giant devil outside a cabin named purgatory.
