  Waikiki Wally's Souvenir Menu
by bottleofdoom

After eating dinner our first night in NYC, we decided to explore the East Village. On the way to Avenue B, I spied some tiki heads so we investigated. It turned out to be this cool tiki bar so we stopped in and had cocktails. The joint was jumping, but we found seats at the end of the bar. I had a Spiced Monkey Martiki and Don had Wally's Downfall served in a tiki mug. The decor was awesome and the wait staff really friendly. We discovered the bartender used to live in Tucson and we got "lai-ed" before we left. We also walked out with a souvenir menu. This is a really fun place if you like tiki bars, but as with most tiki places expect to pay alot for your drinks. We just had one each.
