Fogo de Chao: "Brazilian-style meat" Fogo de Chao Tip by anne_h

Fogo de Chao, Chicago: 4 reviews and 4 photos

If you like meat you will love this place. You pay a set price and then it's all you can eat. You get a little disc that's green on one side and red on the other. When you leave the green side up, the waiters walking around with huge skewers of different types of meat will come to you table and give you some. They'll keep coming until you turn the disc to the red side. For a meat-lover like me, this place is a dream come true.

Fogo de Chao also has a huge salad buffet, but you want to leave room for the meat! Having said that, I got some prosciutto at the salad bar that was the best I've had in the U.S.
