I don't remember the name, I think maybe something about Vaclavske, since it is off of Wenceslas Square, down a little alley, just after American Express (if you're going towards the museum).
A surprising variety of meatless dishes for a very typical Czech restaurant. My meals usually cost around 60-70 crowns, that's with an entree, a side, and a beer. They also have great hot wine and the waitresses tended to be not quite as mean as I had come to expect.

Favorite Dish: The strange veggie-cheese patty. Yummy hranolke, too.

Directions: Like I said; Nove Mesto, in an alley off of Vaclavske Namesti.
