Danielle was thrilled to find the Royal Albert Hall. This is where the Spice Girls held a concert in their movie Spice World. This was one of many many Spice World references I was introduced to on our visit to London. I learned about the bus leaping across the Tower Bridge in Spice World. I learned about the Spice Girls sitting in front of the Prince Albert Memorial. I learned more about the Spice Girls and Spice World than I ever thought possible.

My reference to Danielle..."Now we know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall...I'd love to turn you on." John Lennon ...A Day In The Life.

The hall was completed in 1871. It was originally intended to be called the Hall of Arts and Sciences but Queen Victoria changed it to be named in her husbands memory when she laid the foundation stone in 1868.
