Favorite thing: 1.Bracuhy: one of the well-known rivr rapids in Angra:on the top the only way to get there is by foot.
The river is fool of rocks and I recommend you to be careful with the river strenght!!
2.Ariro: some rivers coma down from the Sea Mountain Range:it's Angra's rural area,with some family houses!
It's peaceful and there are nice spots for swimming and a little snack bar along the way.
The main entrance coming the way Angra-Santos is after the entrance of Lidice and Barra Mansa.
Thre is no sign indicating the way so the best to do is to hire a guide at downtown Angra!
3.Banqueta:Angra's rural area.There are wells of chilly water that are nice for a refreshing bath.In some points you will find waterfalls.It is also good for mountain biking or just watching nature's exuberance!!
4.Caputera:many rivers with lots of clean & clean waters with a few waterfalls,that's Caputera!
Along the river band you'll find huge well that's nice for swimming and diving!
By this well you'll find snack bars and other services.A very interesting journey is to follow the river rapids walking along them to find nice places to dive.the way to Caputera lays beside the oil company,"Petrobras",only 20km from downtown!
