  Fairs in Tallinn Old Town
by harmoni

Itīs not just the souvenir selling, itīs definitely much more -- at each Christmas time, St Martinīs Day (beg. of November) and other similar folk holidays.
These open air fairs, often also in the medieval style, are something to enjoy and take advantage of!
Marvellous products of knitting, ceramic and wood, iron, cotton and linen fabrics - all unique and beautiful - itīs a lot to discover here!

Unique Suggestions: Well, you may need a big purse ;) AND - you cannot pay with any creadit card there, they only take cash (EEK).

Fun Alternatives: All handicraft shops are alternatives in some way - much the same products, no similar feeling though.
