Wong Kei: "No frills Chinese" Wong Kei's Tip by bzh
Wong Kei's, London: 15 reviews and 8 photos
Wong Kei is the cheapest place to have good Chinese food in London. Don't expect complicated stuff though. You will be sent from one floor to another before being seated at a table whis other people you absolutely don't know and the staff will take great pleasure in virtually throwing the dishes at you and being generally rude. But this is all part of the atmosphere of the place and Wong Kei wouldn't be the same without it. Forget about the staf and enjoy the food and the free tea. You should have a very good meal that you can't finish for about £5.
Favorite Dish: Most dishes are nice. The tea you get served for free during the whole meal is very good as well meaning you don't have to worry about the drinks and can concentrate on the main dish.
