"Spirit - Connection - Land" is the way this walk through the Royal Botanic Garden in Melbourne is described.

This is a personal experience that takes you into the village and culture of the Aboriginal people and makes you, for a brief period, a part of their life and their culture, love and respect for land and order.

You will leave with "a greater understanding of, and respect for, the customs and rich heritage of the local BOONWURRUNG and WOIWURRUNG people."

You will explore, with an Aboriginal guide (also a trained botanist) the plants and animals that the Aboriginal people used and understood, how trhey used plants for food and medicine and tools and for their ceremonies.
