The house at Sofiankatu 4 designed by Lars Sonck now houses a branch of the City Museum. Here you can see how Helsinki developed throughout the history. Very interseting if you want to know more about the city. Actually the whole street is a museum. It is called the Helsinki Street Museum. It presents the history of street building and furniture in Helsinki. The Street Museum is open 24/7.

Address: Sofiankatu 4
Directions: The statue of Alexander II on the Cathedral Square is looking right into the street.
