"After Besham we left the..." Swat Valley, Mini Switzerland of Pakistan Tip by filipdebont

After Besham we left the famous Karakorum Highway and took the Shangla pass (alt : 2140 m) towards the green Swat valley. We did spend the night in a nice village, Miandam. This was a little village with very friendly people. Not many travellers stayed here overnight, and as we made a little tour in the only street of this village, a lot of locals asked us questions about where we came from, and where we were going and what we found of their country. That was very funny and pleasant. Everybody was very kind and polite.
