This was my first contact with Singapore Airlines and I was impressed. Every effort was made to see that I had a comfortable flight and the food service was quite interesting, an array of Western and Eastern dishes were presented. I tried everything on the try and the flavor was quite good.

The only problem was the seven hour lay-over in Singapore Airport between flights. Of course I made the best of it by exploring the vast area. However, if I had known ahead of time that there was a "hotel" at the airport, I would have made arrangements to stay there. The hotel was full by the time I arrived.
