"NAVAL UNDERSEA MUSEUM" Keyport Things to Do Tip by TedRico

Keyport Things to Do: 1 reviews and 0 photos

The Naval Undersea Museum is an official U.S. Navy museum. It is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the summer, and daily except Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from October through May.

This is a totally free (no cost) experience!

The museum presents the history of human invention and enterprise under the Sea. The four major exhibits are: 1) The Ocean Environment; 2) Undersea Weapons Technology; 3) Submarine Technology, and 4) Diving Technology.

I really enjoyed this tour. Be forewarned, there is much to see and experience, so be prepared to get tired from standing so much. Move around and take breaks outdoors once in awhile and you will be ok.

There is also a gift shop located in the museum.
