If you come by sailboat as we did, there is no problem getting to Iverie. You cannot drive there, as there is no road that goes there. The nearest road is at Mallaig, and there is a small passenger boat that sails a few time a week in the summer.

There is a railway to Maillaig and during the summer you can take The Jacobite steam train from Fort William past Ben Nevis, over the Glenfinnan Viaduct and on to Mallaig.
