"around the plaza de armas" Oruro Favorite Tip by chancay

Favorite thing: main place also called: Plaza Castro y Padilla
Unfortunately I cannot name this building that is also placed on one side of the plaza central.

Fondest memory: Also buildings of the technical university of Oruro are placed next to the plaza. On one of the coldest days of the year I have been there on a students party....all were dancing in thick winter clothes, that was really funny.
