Chestnut Square is a historical park which displays a collection of seven historic buildings and houses which date back to the 1850's. There is a 1900?s store as well as the oldest house in McKinney. The project was undertaken by the Heritage Guild of Collin County who are a non-profit organisation with volunteers which was established in 1973.
