Wherever you are in Mexico don't miss the spectacular performance of 'Voladores'. Four men tied with a rope fall into space head down from the top of a pole 20-25 meters high, while the fifth one seated on the platform spins it playing a flute. This ancient rite began by Totonacs tribe in Central Mexico as a ceremony of fertility in God Xipe Totec's honour. Nowadays it has become a tourist attraction performed in all Mexico.
