This was the last stop on the tour before we arrived back in Dublin. Lockes distillery no longer makes its famous whiskey at this site, its now made elsewhere, but you can tour this old distillery and see how the process works and of course get a free dram at the end!

And if you are lucky like me *cough* you may be picked to do a taste test of three different whiskies. I have to say I'm not used to drinking whiskey neat & I didn't do very well!Particularly because I tasted the smokey one first and couldn't taste anything else afterwards, my mouth was burning!!!
