Many Canadians love maple syrup, especially le Quebecois who have made some fantastic receipes with it. It tastes great and when it is fresh from the farm it's much better than supermarket quality. The majority of these farms are located in Ontario and Quebec so if you are travelling through these provinces I advise you to stop in if they offer such services. The picture is just an example from a farm in Ontario.
