Sukhothai has all its sights in Old Sukhothai. Most, but not all, are within the historical park.
Within the park, Wat Mahahat is possibly the most famous sight (several well-preserved ancient stupas and carvings) - but other places not to miss are: Wat Si Savai, which looks like a hindu temple a bit, and Wat Si Chum, where the big buddha is. This latter one still belongs to the park but it has a sifferent location (you need a bycycle to get there, or a car) - it's also the home of the big buddha, which is enourmous.
Admission to the archaelogical park is 50 baht, and 40 to Wat Si Chum outside the main complex.

Address: old sukhothai
Directions: it's best to get a map of the park.
