Red Lodge Museum, Bristol: 4 reviews and 11 photos

  The Red Lodge
by KennetRose

A genuine 16th century house with rather stunning wood-panelled interiors. Queen Elizabeth really did sleep here, or so we were always being told!

Unfortunately for reasons best known to the sometimes inscrutable city council, who run it as a museum, it is closed during the winter and is undergoing renovations, which is why the outside doesn't look at its best here.
