City Centre Shopping Centres (SC) :

Jervis St SC (off O'Connell st)

St Stephens Green SC

ILAC, Henry st (a bit run-down)

Powerscourt SC (off Grafton st, v expensive)

North Dublin SCs

Blanchardstown SC (really good :) )

Pavilion, Swords (if you're killing time near the airport

Omni SC (small)

South Dublin SCs

Dundrum SC - the newest one, opened in March 2005. You can get the Luas from town right to it.

The Square, Tallaght (big, but not worth the trip)

Frascati, Blackrock

Cornelscourt, off the N11 southwards

What to buy: Most of the shopping centres have branches of the same department stores anyway, so its not really worth your while visiting every single one. Powerscourt specialises for the luxury end of the market with boutiques & designer clothes & posh/organic cafes.
As for the rest of the SCs, you will mainly find British retail chains taking up residence like Dorothy Perkins, Topshop, Argos, River Island, Oasis etc.

What to pay: hmmm.... thats a toughie...might be worth visiting Dublin for the sales, you can still get the same retail stores down the country & buy the same goods for less

Address: Dublin city & county
