"Carriage Rides" New Orleans Transportation Tip by acemj

New Orleans Transportation: 188 reviews and 201 photos

You'll see these horse drawn carriages all around the Quarter and the drivers are also tour guides, so if the weather is right, this is a great leisurely way to get acquainted with the area. It will cost $50 for a half hour (to rent the carriage) or $10 per person if you want to join another party (there might be up to six people in the carriage). The carriages will pick you up in front of Jackson Square on Decatur Street.
