Should you have time on your hands on your holiday, I can certainly recommend a drive in the country.
One thing I couldn't help but notice is that many of the village size places have seemingly gone out of their way to tap the tourist dollar.
Boyup Brook is such a place. This is their information centre, a building built specifically for this purpose. They have an information leaflet espousing the towns attractions which, it has to be said, are somewhat limited.
However, they do have a new building housing a local museum (open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2-4pm or other times by appointment) and a couple of other attractions, one of which is listed below.
