There are plenty of buses to Cusco from all over Peru as well as a few from Bolivia. The cost per hour travel is about $1 USD, however, international and luxury buses cost extra. Traveling by bus is one of the best way to experience Peru: it is easy, affordable, and reliable (in most cases...hehehe).
Jungle Trip (Look at my Sepahua page for details, 2 days to reach the jungle by local bus and/or boat)
Arequipa (10 hours, overnight bus)
Puno (Lake Titikaka, about 8 hours, overnight bus)
