While traveling through Poland you have to be careful because our roads have poor quality. And we almost don't have motorways.
Traffic regulations are compatible with the rules in the EU countries. The relevant speed limits on Polish roads are:
60 km/h for all vehicles in built-up areas
130 km/h on motorways
110 km/h on four-lane express roads.
Between October and February headlights must be switched on at all times while driving.
