Favorite thing: The building that dominates the square is the Cloth Hall (know as Sukiennice), which still fulfils its original function as a trading centre of art and crafts, although it originately was designed as a place to trade cloth.

Incidently, the red parasols that you can see in front of the hall marks the spot of a Cafe, which makes some rather fine snacks, cakes and coffee for the weary traveller.
