An unfortunate thing is that in many places around Ireland we fail to use the excellent amenities we have available. Having said that just about every adventure sport you want is available in Ireland. I'd recommend the west of Ireland for this, great surfing on the west coast, also windsurfing. Fishing is excellent throughout the land but find a web site for more detailed info. Theres also horse riding, canoeing, sailing, biking, hiking, mountian climbing, swimming, golf, quad biking, shooting, football, hurling, scuba diving...no snow so no skiing although we have an artificail slope thats good for basics....so what did I leave out...
