St. Vincent and the Grenadines was made for the outdoor summer sports fanatic. The options are plentiful and everyone from the novice swimmer to the experienced mountainclimber will find something to do. On St. Vincent itself, the Souferie volcano is the king of climbs and not for the feint of heart. It is an all day monster hike that rewards with stunning views - if the weather holds! There is also a short hike to the Trinity Falls, as well as the longer and very beautiful Vermont Nature Trail just north of Kingstown.
