"Bad thing happens, but punishment severe" China Warnings Or Dangers Tip by FreeCloud

China Warnings and Dangers: 183 reviews and 86 photos

Just saw today (200-Oct-28) regarding a British tourist camping near the Great Wall, and was robbed and killed during defense:

China, generally speaking, is very safe. We went to many places, never had any trouble. But bad things do happen just like anywhere in the world. The punishment for any crime attacking foreigners usually is much more severe (such as robbing or killing any foreigners).

No need to be scared, but use common sense when travel alone (or better stay with a group in a remote area).
