This is called "kaiten zushi" = rotating sushi. Sushi chefs prepare the various types of sushi and place them on a conveyor belt that comes all around the seating area. You choose the plates you want, these are color/design coded. The cheapest being the 100Yen (less than $1US) plate. Expect to go through about 5plates per person.

Favorite Dish: Am not crazy about sushi, but you gotta try it. "ikura" is the one topped with red cod roe eggs - see pic.
