Favorite thing: again: rent a car, take plenty of time and drive around from city to town to village and v.v. and....last but not least from friend to friend.....
Nothing better than good friends in the countries where you spend your holidays....
I met several VT friends during my many trips and such meetings add so much extra to the joy!
Fondest memory: The 2 trips I made in 1999 and 2001 - 2003 and the trips I made in the 80s and earlier!
The many, many good friends I have there and whom I will never forget .......
