  The waiter serving us hireshu
by crazyguitar

Hireshu is a very hot sake with a fugu?s spiny fin inside, which have been dried and grilled.
Fugu is also known as blowfish, puffer fish or globe fish, not all of them are poisonous although around 300 people per year dead in Japan eating it.
I recommend you to taste¨"hireshu", just to try because from my point of view is very disgusting, probably worst drink I´ve ever tasted. Taste it and judge by yourself!
I cannot remember the name of that excellent sushi and sashimi restaurant in Tokyo, sorry.
