Mérida Hotels: 14 reviews and 7 photos

We stayed at a beautiful, old-fashioned hotel in the center of Merida called Hotel Dolores Alba.

This is an old Merida house coverted to accommodate guests. There are only twenty rooms in the whole place and each room comes air-conditioned and feature atmosphereic ceiling fans. A big, open courtyard and a small swimming pool add to the experience. A colonial-style dining room features breakfast and dinner.

The ancient Mayan ruins of Uxmal and Chichén Itzá are just a short distance away!

Unique Qualities: Very traditional, reasonably priced hotel. Rates are roughly:

Double Room: $90 USD
Junior Suite: $100 USD
Suite: $120 USD

Address: Calle 63 no. 464
Price Comparison: about average
Directions: A short walk from the hotel to the Plaza Grande
Phone: 21-3745
Price: US$80-120
