"Tiny portions - a great excuse to try more dishes!" Trieste Restaurant Tip by Ruthy2001

Trieste Restaurants: 72 reviews and 87 photos

We stumbled in here at lunchtime to get away from the rain and found a wonderful calm bistro type atmosphere. Everything is in dark mahogony and the bar is covered in tantalising wine bottles, this is a true cuisine type restaurant which I have a feeling would be better enjoyed in the evening...

Favorite Dish: I had pasta with a pumpkin and cream sauce. The pasta was home made and I was left wanting more as we only got three pieces! Luckily this left me room for a luxuriously rich chocolate mousse..Although it is pricey by Italian standards I would reccomend taking all three courses unless you are not hungry!

Address: Canal Grande
Price Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: If you go to Canal Grande the restaurant is on the right hand side before the pizzeria - the windows are quite high up so keep a close eye out for it.
Price: US$21-30

Theme: Italian

Review Helpfulness: 1.5 out of 5 stars
