Congreso de la Republica, Lima: 7 reviews and 9 photos
Outside the Congress there is a newly build crypta for the unknown soldier.
The boy who is buried here was found on the colina at Chorrillos, where some excavation now are taking place.
As I recall it, the guide from the Congress said that the crypta was for the known soldier (i.e. not the unknown soldier), as they had found a paper in his pocket that told about his name.
But as you can see, the sign says desconocido (unknown)!
