Bak Kut Teh is pork ribs boiled in a herbal soup. It is usually eaten with a bowl of rice, with lotsa chilli in dark soya sauce.

The resturant is usually very packed and hot. However, many people still like to go there cos it is excellent.

Even Singaporeans come across the causeway to eat bak kut teh.

It is located in Daiman. I know how to drive there. Next time I go there, I will get the name of that road ok? Daiman is a very small area oso. Let me describe how to get there in words from Holiday Inn or Holiday Plaza. Facing the main road of Holiday Inn. Go straight in the direction to your left till you reach a traffic light. Queue at the traffic light at the left side and go straight from the traffice light. At the second turning, turn left. There's a corner shop that do repairs for cars at the turning. Go straight and the shop is along the second row. If it is open, there will be a lot a lot of people and cars outside and you should be able to see. Hope it helps...

Favorite Dish: Bak Kut Teh, Chicken, Tau pok (Fried Beancurd), Giam Chai (sauteed vegetables).

What makes this bak kut teh stands out is the soup which taste very delicious.
