13 euros per night/person
I haven't stayed at this centrally located hostel, but my friend LinkyPinky has, ans this is what she said:
And so to the Barberi what a laugh the people were really nice funny and friendly felt completely safe there and would stay there again if traveling on my own met some wonderfuly interesting and talented people and made some new friends.
As to the place it was just 200-300 metres away from Chuenca metro station, located on the 2nd floor of an appartment building no too many stairs and once there on one level.
The lounge was great a with modern chairs to slouch in and a large colour tv and a computer with internet access at 2.40 Euros an hour.
The Kitchen was a different story no cups no plates no kettle no anything much accept a large new fridge and a new blue toaster, but having said that we had such a laugh in there, of a morning when they served breakfast which was to slices of bread on a plate that they kept locked in a cupboard and you had to queue up to use the toaster and then you queued for the butter and jam the coffee was bought in in two big thermus jugs and served in little glasses aslo locked away in the cupboard.
The room and the sheets were very clean with new bunk beds and the room was cleaned daily and the beds were made also. But nothing more in the room but the 6 bunk beds no chair or locker. But all the girls were very nice.
